Manager should have handled the problem with our ac unit better. (see below) -After 5 days of having a leaky ac unit that flooded the floor and a lot of persistence by me, we were finally shifted to a new room. -Room was clean. Nice rooms, but the faulty ac was really frustrating. Without this problem and/or a faster room change I would have rated this much higher.
